WHAT IS HYPNOSIS

Our conscious mind is our will. That part of mind we use to set goals, use your intent, but is also very limited. The subconscious part of the mind operates all our bodily functions (heartbeat, blood flow, breathing, heals a cut or broken leg, etc). The subconscious mind stores our emotions, memories, behaviors, knowledge, and beliefs, both individual and collective. Most important, the subconscious strives to protect us from harm, danger and pain.
